Kara Melton has 22 years of experience playing piano, 17 years experience playing guitar and 12 years experience at songwriting.
She started playing piano at age eight and began teaching herself guitar at 13.
She attended college at Lonestar Montgomery from 2009-2011 as a piano major but decided to focus on her career as an EKG technician instead.
Now, Kara wants to focus on the only thing she has ever really wanted to do with her life: music. Not only performing and writing, but sharing
with others through teaching. She hopes her students will love playing music too, or at least gain some happiness from it.
